The delivery of a project depends on its magnitude. All services listed have their delivery time. Please check the services section to be informed of the delivery time of your desired project.

There are three simple steps to get started 

  1.  You go to our contact page and and send us a message too tell us about your project. We typically respond within 24-48 hours.
  2. We set up a zoom call where you will further explain the details of your project. For the purpose of saving time, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE ALL THE NECESSARY INFORMATION PRIOR TO THE ZOOM CALL. 
  3. We finalise the last negotiations of our contract and  we begin your project. 

There is a legally binding contract to ensure the buyer’s and seller’s protection. It must be understood and signed by both parties before starting any project. Negotiations are also welcomed.

At present, yes we do. However, it is processed through paypal.

Purchasing serives at Inkshed Writing Agency is non-taxable upon purchase therefore have no sales tax. There are no hidden fees, or separate prices. The flat fee shown in the pricing section is what you pay.

If there are any financial disputes, please consult with Yana before initiating a chargeback.

All information associated with your financial accounts is encrypted in transit. Because of the sensitive nature of this information, it is also protected by additional access controls, along with ongoing monitoring to prevent data misuse.

You are obligated to a refund if you are entirely dissatisfied with the service you received.
Upon receiving your receipt, don’t hesitate to contact us within ten days of purchase for a refund or review of the service given.
If you contact us within (3) days after the service was delivered, you are entitled to 70% chargeback.
If you contact us within (7) days of service delivery, you are entitled to a 50% chargeback.
If you contact us within ten days after the service was delivered, you are entitled to a 20% chargeback. Cashback past ten days will not be qualified for cash backs.
Selected services are entitled to unlimited review. Please ensure you have exhausted this option before initiating a dispute.
Disputes made during weekends and public holidays are not accounted for and will be transferred to opening hours.
